Reza and the team at Payless Flooring are the best. They made the whole process easy and gave us great honest advice. The 2 guys who laid the floor were efficient, hard working and very tidy, cleaning up as the went. We just love our new floor and all our friends can’t believe how good it looks.

Payless supplied the carpet within the time frame agreed. Upon installation, Payless were adaptable to our renovation needs, even changing plans on the day of installation and fixing a section of carpet in another room not on their contract without charge. Very happy with Payless.

Highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing flooring. Our overall experience with them has been excellent. The team is competent, reliable, flexible and efficient. Their end-to-end service levels, workmanship standards as well as the overall quality of the product they recommended and subsequently installed is very impressive.

Just want to let you know that we are very happy with the flooring and it is so amazing to see the difference it makes to our home.

Please let the team know that they were very professional and took the utmost care in ensuring that the flooring is implemented correctly.

Despite the issue of missing a part, it is how you deal with the issue that should be complemented.

We would definitely recommend Payless Flooring to family and friends.

Excellent choice of rugs at v competitive prices.

Monica's service was attentive and helpful without being intrusive.

We took measurements and photos and went home to make a final check. The following day we confirmed our purchase and paid over the phone around lunchtime. By 5,30pm that day the rug was delivered right to the required room.
