Easi-Plank SPC Hybrid flooring is a robust and highly durable choice for modern interiors. Due to its unique stone polymer composite (SPC) construction Easi-Plank delivers 100% waterproof attributes providing ultimate peace of mind for everyday residential living.
It comes in two formats: a super-width plank at 1520 x 228 x 7.5mm, supplied 1.733 m² per carton over 5 planks, and a herringbone parquetry at 625 x 125 x 8.0mm, supplied 1.09 m² per carton over 14 pieces, for anyone who wants a more considered, traditional layout. Both use a Unilin click profile with micro-bevelled V4 edges, so they float over most sound, level subfloors without glue or nails.
The plank range carries a 0.5mm décor vinyl wear layer with a water-based matte coating. Visual décors feature realistic timber textures and colours in both classic Australian Timber and a contemporary colour palette. Because the SPC core is so dense, Easi-Plank is one of the better options for renovating straight over existing ceramic tiles — telegraphing of grout lines is minimal — and it stands up well to impact. It is anti-static and resists incidental topical stains and spillage.
Every board has a 1.5mm IXPE acoustic foam underlay already attached. Easi-Plank exceeds the National Construction Code acoustic sound-level requirements for multi-residential apartments and is 6 Star rated, the strongest acoustic performance in our hybrid range, which makes it a straightforward choice for apartments and townhouses with strata acoustic requirements. It rates P4 for slip resistance under AS 4586:2013 Appendix A, is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality (below E1 emissions), and has been Australian tested and confirmed free of respirable crystalline silica.
Easi-Plank is backed by a 25 year limited lifetime structural warranty, a 20 year limited lifetime residential wear warranty and a 5 year limited lifetime commercial warranty. It is suitable for installation over “In-Slab” hydronic heating only. Sweep regularly and clean with a well wrung damp mop; steam and electric mops must not be used under any circumstances. Colour-matched trims, coloured scotia and stair nosing are available.

Our design team has created a subtle palette with colour versatility ideally suited to a variety of on-trend interior decors. Plank decors visuals are repositioned at manufacture to provide 8 orientations of the decors paper, this delivers a floor with great personality and charm.
The entire colour range features advanced embossing techniques across the length and width of the plank including the micro bevel. This unique process will not compromise the decors visual or durability.

The wide plank is the mainstream Easi-Plank format — a 1520 x 228mm super-width board on a stone polymer composite core, 7.5mm overall including the attached 1.5mm IXPE acoustic underlay. Because the SPC core is dense, it is one of the better choices for renovating straight over existing ceramic tiles, with minimal telegraphing of grout lines. Supplied 1.733 m² per carton over 5 planks.
